Managing Editor (International) of DRiNK Magazine

I am currently the Managing Editor (International) of DRiNK Magazine, Asia’s leading bar industry platform. Prior to this, I was the Food and Drink Editor of Time Out Hong Kong. As well as my day-to-day pounding of pavements and eating my way through the city, I published two dining guide paperback books and several dining guide magazines. I also bartend at cocktail bars part time and manage several social media accounts. My main expertise lies in writing, editing, F&B, hospitality and alcohol, however I’m a passionate advocate for sustainability and women in the alcohol industry. I’ve led several lives over my years, having been London born and bred, but moving to rural Thailand, then Seoul and my current home: Hong Kong.
