Cooking and baking professionally has been my life for the last 10 years, though I been feeding my mates and family way before then. Still, nothing beats seeing faces light up when they tuck into the savouries and sweets laid in-front of them and as they stagger out of my shop / home with happy bellies. My cooking style is very simple, it's got to be something I love to eat, flavours or dishes from my past or the present that blew me away or affected so simply that i just have to savour the moment carefully. Experiencing every nuance. My cakes flavours are inspired by my travels, old secret recipes and people who have continued to inspire and support me regardless. Using only the best ingredients, I bake with my heart.
