Yoga & Pilates Instructor

Pilates and yoga have been in my life for over 15 years, and I’m still and always excited to talk about both of those amazing disciplines. I have first discovered pilates through injury prevention and sports improvement workshops with my personal trainer, and yoga through mindfulness as well as asana practice. That made me quickly realise how much my movement patterns, posture, core strength etc change after taking just a few sessions, and also how truly connected our minds and bodies are.

Fast forward through various teacher trainings and years of experience sport specific pilates is close to my heart still but I teach a whole variety of matwork from pre and post natal to general fitness as well as reformer Pilates and 7 different styles of yoga. I also practice reiki and have a keen interest in Ayurveda.

I am very excited to still be finding out on a daily basis how yoga and pilates could work together in supporting the body and mind and creating happier healthier you.
